874 9 Off-the-Shelf and Customizable Print, Audio, and Visual Instructional Training Devices - Off-the-Shelf Training Devices - Virtual Ship Software which is a ship bridge simulation training package. The IT services portion includes data warehousing, networking, information systems analysis and design and install for all federal departments and agencies.
