New Contract Expands CSC Support of Australia Oil and Gas Group

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Sept. 12 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has signed a three-year, $25 million (AUD$30 million) information technology (IT) services contract with international oil and gas group Woodside (ASX: WPL).

The new contract follows a recently completed one-year IT services agreement CSC had with Woodside, Australia’s largest publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company. Under the new agreement, CSC will continue to provide a full range of IT services, including data center hosting, enterprise monitoring, help desk, desktop support, database administration, data recovery, asset management, server support and change management.
