CSC is an Associate Member of ACORD, the insurance
industry’s nonprofit standards developer and resource for information about object technology, EDI, XML and electronic commerce in the United States and abroad.
CSC’s involvement in ACORD’s standards initiatives include participation and advisory input in the following:

• ACORD standards for insurance data and transactions
  
• ACORD’s OLifE and ObjX initiatives for object-based data exchanges
  
• ACORD’s standards for insurance industry XML transactions
