Lem Lasher, president of CSC’s Office of Innovation, will moderate a panel with Steven Levitt, co-author of the best-seller Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything. The panel is entitled, "Why the Conventional Wisdom Is So Often Wrong and How to Identify Key Trends."
Lasher and Levitt will guide attendees on how to ask insightful questions, look at things differently and get a fresh perspective on customers, trends and absolutely everything else.
Other panels at the event cover topics including effective communication, strategy development, recovering from leadership disasters, and critical factors for entrepreneurial success. Also included in the event is the Edward de Bono Innovation & Creativity Management Masterclass: The Strategies and Practices of Building an Innovative and Creative Team or Organization.
At the summit, CSC will educate attendees about Green IT initiatives, including power management, e-cycling and optimizing data center efficiency to cut costs while helping the environment. Attendees will also be able to get their carbon IT footprints measured, and learn how to reduce them.
“I am delighted to be representing CSC, which is sponsoring Leaders in London for the third year running. I trust that attendees will find the event both inspirational and thought-provoking and will take away lots of valuable best practices to use in their business,” says Lasher.
