Howard Smith is CSC’s Chief Technology Officer, European Group. He is a co-founder of the Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI.org) and currently serves as its co-chair. Author of two books, Business Process Management: The Third Wave, and IT Doesn’t Matter-Business Processes Do (www.bpm3.com), he is currently leading CSC’s research and development in the area of Process Management Systems.
