In a recent video-taped interview, Asif Kahn, president of the Location Based Marketing Association, explained why retailers should care about location based marketing. This approach represents the intersection of people, places and media and for the first time, retailers have the ability to use new technology solutions to create a one-to-one channel with consumers.
