Gallaher switches to mySAP for Process Improvement and Business Change

In February 2006, CSC was awarded a fixed-price contract to upgrade the existing SAP platform to mySAP ERP 2004 and SCM 2004.

Gallaher Group PLC, the fifth largest international tobacco company in the world, now has a fit-for-purpose SAP platform, which provides the catalyst for re-engineering of large parts of its business to improve profitability.

Gallaher’s existing platform was quite complex, incorporating SAP R3, APO, Treasury and Livecache modules running alongside Veritas business continuity software.
