E&P – A unique HR Management network
Entreprise et Personnel is a unique network of companies bringing together a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills built up over almost 40 years.
Driven by a proactive concept of Human Resources and the conviction that people are at the heart of economic success, member companies have, since 1969, pooled their experience and thinking to develop innovative approaches to HR Management.
With a view to anticipating effective HR performance, E&P strives to establish the links between tried and tested theories and actions that provide significant insight for the future.
The membership of the organization is composed of 150 companies of various sizes and from diverse industry sectors, including half of the companies of the CAC40 index. The leadership of the organization is assumed by a Board consisting of 15 General Managers and HR Directors.
E&P is organized around 5 centers of expertise: Social and civic efficiency, Workforce & Competency management, Management development, Industrial relations & Hr organization, Organizational structure & Corporate governance. These centers of excellence are developed through the core activities of E&P: research, networking, consulting and training.
E&P is developing an international perspective in response to the increasing globalization of its members. Through this approach, E&P provides members with international opportunities, to enrich the experience and understanding of HR issues: international seminars and conferences, study trips abroad, international research reports and international professional clubs.
