Mass Transit Control Center System - MTCS

The Mass Transit Control Center System (MTCS) is a software solution for
managing all important operations in a control center of a mass transit
operator.  MTCS supports the monitoring, dispatching and incident
management in control centers of transportation operators and transit
authorities.  The IT solution is modularly constructed and can be
configured to the specific needs of a customer.  MTCS stores all
operational data in a database and provides standard interfaces to schedule
planning systems, communication systems and passenger information systems.
All vehicles of the Mass Transit Operator (MTO) are tracked using radio
communication between onboard computers (OBU) and the control center (CC).
MTCS monitors compliance with schedules and tolerance limits of all
in-service vehicles.
