PTS/ACCI – Access to EKI (Electronic Account Information)

With Electronic Account Information (EKI), Deutsche Bundesbank offers EÖ or TARGET2 participants the opportunity of collecting balance and booking information within 24 hours per data communication or SWIFT.

Being the enhancement of the PTS/CURR product (including the PTS/DE version for domestic clearing in Germany), PTS/ACCI is the interface to EKI. PTS/ACCI sends requests to EKI and then receives balance and booking information which is filed in the PTS/CURR database as well as an account statement on the next business day which can be transferred to the bank’s central database for processing.
