PTS/HIST – Management of Transaction History and Complaints

The Web-based PTS/HIST product contains a comfortable transaction research and complaint processing (entry and management) of payments from both PTS systems and other booking and payment transactions systems. We offer PTS/HIST in two versions:

 

  • PTS/HIST Lite (transaction investigation)
  • PTS/HIST (transaction investigation and complaint processing)

PTS/HIST and PTS/HIST Lite Core Functions:

 

  • Investigation in SEPA transactions and files, SWIFT messages, EMZ files, clearing and host files as well as in cheques
    - Search function covering individual and several fields
    - Detailed display
    - Tracking of changes
  • Tracking of data set changes in PTS/A&R
  • Multiyear operation
    At any customer-defined date, there can be a change to a new (empty) database

Other functions only contained in PTS/HIST include:

 

  • Import of transactions for creation of complaints
  • Filing of complaints sorted by original system, client and functional area
  • Complex search function for open and completed complaints
  • Entry of follow-up date, fees, amount of effort spent on each complaint transaction
  • Extended complaint transaction reporting functions

On request, a series of options can be added to these core functions.
