PTS/A&R - Analysis and Routing of BIC-based Payments

PTS/A&R is the multiclient and RMA capable PTS component for the routing of all SEPA, Euro and foreign currency payments.

Each payment is analysed and routed in accordance with the bank’s routing strategy – in a specific clearing system, FIN, a Direct & Cover variant, or within the bank. If a bank is excluded as recipient (e.g., due to an embargo), no route will be re-supplied.

The relevant data are maintained both by automated matching against data sets and by manual maintenance. PTS/A&R can be used both in combination with the PTS/CURR and PTS/SEPA products and independent of the PTS Product Family to maintain and identify routes.

PTS/A&R data set change information can be transferred to PTS/HIST and then subsequently viewed during research.  The current banking and routing information can be described in greater detail in the PTS/A&R Web application and can be made available at group level on the IntraWEB.
