Customer Support Associate (HR and Payroll)

Do you have knowledge in one of the following areas: payroll, human resources, procurement, accounts payable, SAP HCM?

Role accountabilities will include:
- Answers telephones and responds to moderately complex customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel (HR and payroll related queries)
- Researches customer inquiries and responds appropriately in a timely manner
- Document all inquiries in the call management system (CMS)
- Escalates tickets via the CMS, as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Experience working with telephone technology and computer software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Business and analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be fluent in English, additional language (Italian, Portuguese, Nordics) abilities are an advantage
