Intercompany Accounting Specialist
CSC is currently expanding its BPO department in Prague and is looking for new colleagues to be part of an invoice processing team as an Intercompany Accounting Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Intercompany reconciliations of accounts on monthly basis – assist in the monthly closing process to include preparation of journal entries, expense allocations, account analysis and reconciliations
- Posting of incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices
- Control of records accuracy in SAP
- Reporting on balance due amounts
Main Requirements:
- Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Understanding of finance policies and procedures (awareness of SOX
- Good knowledge about fixed assets accounting
- MS Office skills, specifically Excel & Word
- Knowledge of SAP, Access and Lotus Notes is a plus
- ACCA or CIMA qualifications would be a huge advantage
- Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime during certain parts of the month-end process
- Fluent English
