Procurement Specialist
CSC is currently expanding its BPO department in Prague and is looking for new colleagues to be part of an invoice processing team as an Procurement/Purchasing Specialist
Role accountabilities will include:
- Purchase Order creation using SAP SRM system, based on demand for orders from the business
- Purchase order Processing – create SRM shopping carts from purchase request
- Obtain authorization for shopping carts
- Processing of purchase requests to agreed standard and timescale ensuring accuracy
- Distribute completed PO’s to supplier and respond to queries
- General administration tasks such as opening of post, filing, archiving, etc.
Requirements:
- English language knowledge
- Experience of working in a large company environment is a plus
- SAP MM/ SRM knowledge desirable
- Lotus Notes email & MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Word
- Purchasing or AP knowledge desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Previous Data Entry experience desirable
- Capable of operating in an environment where clear communication, accuracy, timeliness and compliance are key
