IT Project Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Project Manager to join a leading IT service provider and become a pivotal part of team!

IT Project manager leads a team to deliver project(s) on schedule and within budget, while satisfying agreed-upon customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the project. Responsible for the appropriateness, quality, and timeliness of all aspects of the project. Manages the production of project estimates and the project schedule. Establishes tracking measures and milestones, tracks ongoing project progress, controls the budget, and establishes a project office as required. Proactively manages risks, issues, budgets, and scope throughout the project life-cycle. Prepares/presents project plans/status reports to organizational leadership, project teams and client/customer groups.

Role accountabilities will include:

• Deliver large scale or multiple projects end to end through the lifecycle to agreed time, quality and cost.
• Ensure that the project is defined, planned and delivered to the agreed goals and objectives.
• Ensure the integrity of the project is maintained, focusing on internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes and strategies.
• Deliver a project to the agreed standards and methods.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a software development or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle process.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively with business and engineering team members.
• Self-motivation and goal-orientation.
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written/presentation).
• Fluency in English (spoken/written).
