IT Service Desk Analyst with Swedish
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be a part of an applications support team. The opportunity of supporting various geographical locations around the globe will give you a chance to become an IT expert with an international background. On top of that your will have a unique possibility to shape and develop the CSC brand on the Baltic market. Role accountabilities will include:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email daily.
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process.
- Work closely with computer users and the team in order to resolve open issues/concerns.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
- Escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group if necessary.
Requirements:
- Very strong speaking/writing skills of English or Swedish language.
- Strong customer focus, willingness to support.
- Good general communication skills.
- Good analytical problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Responsibility for the final result.
