HR Specialist
Location: Prague

Role accountabilities will include:
- Coordinates and administers specific CSS HR process/scope areas such as employee benefit programs, employee relations, leaves of absence, joining and leaving, personal details changes, etc. Counsels and advises employees about processes and applicable CSC policies to ensure employees and managers can make informed decisions
- Maintains up-to-date process and policy information in support of employees and managers. Coordinates necessary communication materials with management and CSS Communications Manager prior to distribution to ensure information is accurate
- Acts as liaison between employees and applicable suppliers (e.g., health plan administrators). Researches questions, and discusses/resolves problems, as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, industrial/labour or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Several years of professional HR experience
- Experience working with the SAP HCM module strongly preferred
- Very good analytical skills
- Strong communication , interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English, additional language abilities are an advantage
