CSC Delivery Center - Czech Republic / Prague
In 2007 CSC opened our CSC Delivery Center in Prague in response to client demand for alternative delivery options for near-shore services. The Center provides a range of IT services and is fully integrated to CSC's Delivery Centers model. The Central European center offers greater access to European clients while still providing cost savings beyond traditional outsourcing models.
The Prague Center focuses its activities on applications development, and Service Desk Level 1 and Level 2. CSC’s World Sourcing model provides clients with the regional resources that best meet their specific needs while offering consistent support in compliance with global standards and best practices.
Within the Center there is support for eight languages (German, English, Czech, Polish, Slovak, French, Spanish and Italian). All staff speak English fluently. The Strategic Service Desk serves about 500.000 contacts per year. All J2EE developers are certified by Sun.
