ISO Certifications
Eagle Alliance is certified to both the ISO 9001:2008 Standard and the ISO 20000-1:2005 Standard, and is implementing the ISO 27001 Standard with a Certification target time frame of May 2012. These certifications signify that Eagle Alliance has established processes, procedures, and plans that follow the best customer service practices in the IT industry and has implemented an extremely effective set of metrics and tools that result in measurable continual improvement. The processes, procedures, and plans have been written to support a dynamic IT environment and to provide a vehicle for continued growth and an optimal modernization effort. Eagle Alliance's performance has been characterized by its ISO Registrar, KEMA Registered Quality, Inc. (now known as DEKRA Certification, Inc.), as "Best in Class" in the following activities: Continual Improvement Program; Internal Audit Program; Corrective Action Program; Preventive Action Program; and Document Control. The effective implementation of these activities is indicative of Eagle Alliance's vision and commitment in pursuing leadership in the IT Customer Service Industry.

Systems Security Engineering Capability Maturity Model (SSE-CMM) Achievement
Eagle Alliance achieved SSE-CMM Level 4 in March 2006, after achieving Level 3 in April 2004. SSE-CMM is a standard metric for security engineering practices describing the essential characteristics required for the success of an organization's security engineering. By implementing these characteristics, an organization assures the security of its technology systems. The model requires established processes based on the best existing practices of the security engineering community and measures compliance by increasing levels of maturity ranging from 1 to 5.
