Training, Learning, and Development
Eagle Alliance has access to all the high-quality learning opportunities of its parent company, CSC, including a blend of online courses, technology certifications, instructor-led classes, and special assignments. CSC Learning Place and the CSC Portal bring learning right to the computer desktop with thousands of courses and virtual learning communities. In addition to CSC courses, Eagle Alliance's Applications Training Support Center (ATSC) provides Microsoft applications training classes to employees in its onsite classroom facility.

Mentoring Program
Eagle Alliance sponsors a formal mentoring program for its employees. This program provides employees the opportunity to enhance their careers through dynamic partnerships with colleagues.
