2009
- Named to The Scientist Best Places to Work in Industry list. DVC ranked #7 among small companies and #8 among the top 30 companies.
- The rF1V plague vaccine, which DVC is developing on behalf of CBMS-JVAP, was named as one of five finalists in the World Vaccine Congress 2009 Vaccine Industry Excellence Awards, in the category of Best Prophylactic Vaccine (approved or in development).
- Received Summit Award for Workforce Development from Frederick, Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
