CSC and Transport for London Extend Outsourcing Agreement Valued at $33 Million

FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 3 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has signed a new information technology (IT) outsourcing agreement valued at $33 million with Transport for London (TFL), extending the existing contract by twenty-seven months. The contract extension was signed during CSC’s fiscal 2012 third quarter.
Under the extended agreement, CSC will continue to manage a range of IT services for TFL, including service desk, desktop support and the delivery of real-time customer information at a number of London underground stations.
