CSC SIGNS $171 MILLION IN IT SERVICES CONTRACTS WITH LEADING ORGANIZATIONS IN EUROPE

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Oct. 11 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that its European Group signed a previously unannounced contract, as well as a previously announced award with no assigned value, during CSC’s fiscal 2008 second quarter, which ended September 28. These contracts have a total estimated value of approximately $171 million if all options are exercised. The contract performance periods range between five and eight years.
