About us

A leading global consulting, systems integration and outsourcing company, CSC’s mission is to provide customers in industry and government with solutions crafted to meet their strategic goals and enable them to profit from the advanced use of technology.

In 2007, CSC opened a new delivery center in Prague to support these clients. It has a capacity of 170 seats and is focused on growth in line with wider business objectives, with additional facilities being added in the Czech Republic to accommodate additional staff.

Work

The Prague delivery centre houses Application Services and Service Desk teams who are focused on delivering service excellence that exceeds customer expectations.

The team primarily provide support in German, Czech and English, but we are also capable of providing support to customers in Italian, Romanian, Polish, Russian, French, Dutch, Hungarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukranian and Slovak.

Team

The Application Services team provide software and database application support, and has extensive skills in J2EE, Microsoft, Testing, SAP and ORACLE.

The Prague Service Desk organization provides support in German, Czech and English, and handles over 120,000 contacts per year. The Service Desk is divided into a Level 1 team who provide the initial client contact, and a Level 2 team who provide remote desktop support.
