IT Customer Support Specialist


As an IT Customer Support Specialist you will form part of the customer service team recommending solutions and resolving problems associated with queries. Using the knowledgebase and minimizing the impact of IT changes on business in general, you’ll work closely with other team members and supporting teams in order to resolve open issues.

Communication skills are essential, primarily fluency in English and German/Dutch/Italian. Also, previous experience in a help desk or customer service environment is important, as is an analytical and problem solving nature.
