IT Customer Support Specialist - 2nd level


As a Senior IT Customer Support Specialist you will form a critical part of the customer service team, being responsible for Level 2 support and ensuring queries are resolved within SLA’s. As a more senior member of the team, it will be your responsibility to ensure that first line support has the support knowledge tools necessary to have a higher resolution capability.

Significant previous experience in a similar environment is required, along with experience using Microsoft products, with certifications were possible. You must have extensive knowledge of supporting enterprise clients, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Communication skills are essential, primarily fluency in English and/or German.
