Demonstration Readme
Please read the following Information and Terms of Use before downloading or playing the online demonstration chapters.
If you are having problems viewing the demonstrations please read the suggestions below.
Information
The CSC Alliance site is continually being improved to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. For this reason the displayed simulations may not be representative of the latest version of the software available.
Maximise the window when playing a video by clicking on the 'maximise' button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
When the chapter has finished playing please close the window by clicking on the cross in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Audio commentary is used throughout so ensure that your speakers are switched on before playing each chapter.
The videos may take several minutes to load depending on the speed of your connection, to maximise the content of the videos, these should be viewed in full screen mode - press F11 to expand your screen.
The demonstrations require Adobe Flash Player to be installed (part of the standard install for Internet Explorer on Windows 95 operating systems and above).
Terms of Use
Downloading may have an impact on the performance of your server applications. It is therefore recommended that the downloads are performed out of hours to avoid disruption to normal service. CSC is not responsible for any performance impact that downloading the files has.
Having Problems viewing the video?
If you encounter a problem viewing these videos you may need to download a codec - please refer to the web help files within your media player for more information, however the codec needed can be download here, but we cannot be responsible for your accessing this site.
I cannot hear the audio commentary:
Ensure that your PC has speakers attached (either internal or external) and if they are external speakers that they are switched on.
Check the Cords, Volume and Mute Controls (both internal and, if applicable, the external controls)

When I click on the video button a new window opens but the video does not start playing:
Depending on the speed of your connection the video may take several minutes to load. If you can see the 'Loading’ icon then please wait until the video starts playing.
A Macromedia Flash Player (part of the standard install for Internet Explorer on Windows 95 operating systems and above) is required to play the following demonstrations. If you don’t have this plugin you will be automatically prompted to download it when you click to launch the video. If you do not receive a prompt to download the Adobe flash player follow the link below to download it directly from the Adobe website. If you are experiencing problems downloading the flash player you may not have local administration rights on your PC.
I’ve tried all the above and I still can’t view the demonstrations:
If this is the case please request contact with your local CSC representative who will gladly arrange a time to visit you and present the application.
