CSC offers a variety of quality mortgage lending products and services. Merged credit reports are available through secondary marketing agencies and their respective automated underwriting systems. We offer Nationwide Flood Reporting, automated and manual, from multiple sources. Internet delivery of mortgage credit reports and services is available through eMortgage.
Bankruptcy Paper Retrieval
A service that CSC provides to obtain documents related to a bankruptcy case that is needed by a lender to process a loan or credit transaction.
Cascading AVM
An Automated Valuation Model is a model that measures property value via an automated process. Several models are available with a cascade to increase the chances of returning results on your subject property. The property address will be run through each chosen AVM in the client’s desired order until a result is returned. Provides an instantaneous valuation of the property to improve customer service, lower costs, and eliminate delays.
Credit Hi Lite (CHL)
This report provides information contained in one, two or all three credit repositories and is requested through our Gateway merge system where the repository data is received and merged into one common format. Requests are made using a loan origination software interface, direct Internet access, or through free software provided. Multi-repository access is gained by using zip tables and the process is usually completed in 20 to 60 seconds.
Dispute Resolution
An expedited correction to the CSC/Equifax, Equifax, Trans Union and/or Experian file(s) so that a new file can be obtained with the possibility of an updated score.
Edited Credit Hi Lite (ECHL)
ECHL allows the user to update three items from the original CHL merged report. Provides a less expensive alternative to a full Residential Mortgage Credit Report.
Electronic Check & Credit Card Processing
CSC Credit Services offers electronic invoice review and bill pay options that include Visa, MasterCard and checking. Simply complete an authorization form for recurring billing and we'll take care of the rest.
eMortgage
eMortgage allows business-to-business customers to seamlessly and securely receive credit reports and other ancillary products via the Internet while maintaining control and access of the data. Products and services currently offered through eMortgage are:

FACTA Notice to Home Loan Applicant Letters
CSC is able to assist our clients in meeting the FACT Act of 2003 Notice to Home Loan Applicant requirements. We have the ability to mail the Notice to Home Loan Applicants letter directly to the applicant and provide a monthly summary of the letters that were mailed to the client. Returned mail is returned to the client on a monthly basis. CSC also can make the letter available should the client prefer to do their own mailing.
Home Value Explorer (HVE)
As an approved distributor of Freddie Mac's HVE we are able to offer a complete package of credit information, scoring, analytics and marketing data along with the best Automated Value Model (AVM) available. No other AVM has the quality, geographic coverage, precision and flexibility of Freddie Mac's Home Value Explorer. Freddie Mac uses its own models throughout its business including applications such as automated underwriting, quality control and servicing.
Portfolio Retention
Portfolio Retention assists lenders in evaluating exposed customer base, identifying current mortgagors with recent mortgage finance activity, reducing customer "runoff" and increasing new loan origination. Portfolio Retention is a batch processing system triggered by a flag placed on the consumer's credit file. The flag remains dormant until the specified inquiry activity takes place. Then using customized pre-screening criteria, an email notification is automatically delivered to you. This notification is used to extend a firm credit offer and ultimately retain your customer's business, all within 24 hours of activity.
Residential Mortgage Credit Report (RMCR)
CSC has a national production center fully staffed to accommodate any manual report requests such as the RMCR. The 1003 data can be sent electronically to our center where CSC will investigate the report according to secondary market guidelines. Reports will be returned to the client within 72 hours.

Streamline and Streamline with Scores
A manual report showing only the requested tradeline(s) including credit scores manually added from the most recent CSC credit report pulled. A Streamline Report is also known in the mortgage industry as a “Mortgage Only Report”.
Tax Return Verification (TRV)
TRV reports are derived from data obtained directly from tax returns retained in files of the IRS. The reports can compare the income-related lines of the tax return that are provided by the borrower with the same lines on file at the IRS and highlight any variations in an easy to read report or the data can be received as reported to the IRS. TRV meets a need to identify those who are perpetrating mortgage fraud by altering tax returns, which helps lenders make a better informed lending decision.
Undisclosed Liabilities Report Service (ULR)
An automated workflow solution which offloads the extensive and time-consuming manual review process associated with meeting Fannie Mae’s Loan Quality Initiative requirements. The ULR provides an automated detection of new tradelines, inquiries and derogatories as well as any balance increases. This automated approach delivers a consistent risk analysis of each loan file to expose any undisclosed debt. In addition, CSC’s ULR service provides daily summary reporting to help lenders maximize the underwriting process and focus only on those applications which pose the biggest potential risk for repurchase.
Wide Variety of Loan Origination Program Interfaces (LOPS)
CSC can interface with a wide variety of LOPS interfaces, either system-to-system or through our EC2NET software. We have system-to-system interfaces with a variety of LOPS such as Calyx, Netupdate, Loansoft studio and London Bridge, as well as the multiple programs available through ePass, Contour, Genesis and Encompass. CSC's EC2NET software provides an Internet connection to such LOPS as Fiserve, Eastern Empower, Sound Software and Creative Thinking, as well as many other systems.
