The Key to Our Progress

Viewing CR as integral to our business requires a long-term approach based on significant culture change and full integration with how we do business. And we cannot do it without the passion, energy and enthusiasm of our EMPLOYEES employees. It is their ability to collaborate, their innovative thinking and their hard work that enable CSC to advance in our efforts to be more transparent and sustainable.

  • In the coming year, we will set our sights on several key CR initiatives: Community
  • Continue to roll out globally our CSC Gives Back community program
  • Implement an employee matching and pro bono service pilot Employees
  • Pilot our peer-to-peer CR award and continue to collaborate with other functions to enhance employee morale, diversity and engagement
  • Expand our fitness challenge globally to engage all CSC employees and geographies Clients
  • Improve client and partner collaboration in CR and make sustainability a core component of how we build client trust and go to market Environment
  • Continue to review our sustainable supply chain and implement best practices where applicable
  • Reap the benefits of our carbon reporting, focusing on strategies to reduce waste and consumption
  • Expand our Carbon Disclosure Project submission Governance
  • Align our CR measurement to the Global Reporting Initiative and begin transparent public reporting on key metrics
