As we transformed our company from a small government contractor to a global commercial and government technology provider, our underlying organizational structure has transformed itself to meet new, more complex demands. And from the dot com bust to the current economic challenges, CSC contiues to be a well-run organization, guided by our ethics and principles of sound management, transparent operations and ethical employees and practices.

CSC's Board of Directors and its committees continually review performance and compliance. The Board adopted a Code of Businses Conduct for all CSC employees and subsidiaries, along with an additional Code of Ethics specifically for our CEO, CFO and CAO. As we target even higher levels of achievement, we will continue to require ethical conduct in all our business relationships.
