CSA Won the Number One!

The Readers' Choice survey is polled amongst the ACW circulation in Asia. The full survey results are out in the ACW Dec 10-16 issue, Feb. 1 2002 -- In the ACW Readers' Choice survey done for year 2000, CSA was ranked 5th for Service Brand Recognition. For the year 2001, within 1 year, CSA has moved up the ranking to Number One! We are constantly striving to increase the quality of our service level, company-wide. This win certainly serves as an acknowledgement that our teamwork & efforts have paid off, and also encourages us to continue to work towards maintaining service excellence. We are pleased to obtain thoughts from business units' heads on the element(s) that have contributed to our win, and the areas that we can further improve, and also BU wish list for 2002.
