Beijing CSA Computer Sciences Technology Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSA Holdings Ltd., whose ultimate controlling shareholder is CSC, while CSC Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSC
			CSC acquired a majority shareholder position in CSA Holdings Ltd. in Singapore in 1999, privatized CSA Holdings Ltd. in 2005
			With CSC's worldwide capabilities, CSC China is a globally oriented company with deep local roots and a long tradition of providing quality IT services in the China market with ISO certification
			China Development Center centralizes most insurance application support and maintenance activities and extends development activities to client delivery projects of CSC's Financial Services Group in China, Asia and other regions outside of Asia
