Employee Committees: An Open, Participative Culture

At CSC India, we have 100% employee elected and managed committees, including Recreational, Employee Advisory, Food and Social Services Committees, at all our locations.

These committees put in tremendous effort to ensure that our employees have a comfortable work environment, are heard in the organisation and are given a platform to give back to society. If the Employee Advisory and Food Committees ensure that employees’ interests are never compromised, the Recreation Committee makes sure that the fun quotient at CSC India never dips. CSC India’s Social Services Committee is the torchbearer for all our social responsibility activities.
