To encourage and support the cause of employees who aspire for a higher educational qualification or work voluntarily for a social cause, CSC India provides a choice to opt for sabbaticals.

Our sabbatical program also enables women employees on maternity leave to provide postnatal care without having to choose between their jobs and their obligations as mothers.
