CRM Functional Consultant
As a Functional Consultant, you gather business requirements and document them in details. You understand also how to design a CRM application to support the organization.
Your Role:
- You facilitate workshops with clients to gather and document requirements concerning sales, marketing and customer service
- You conduct interviews, document and analyze clients’ business requirements, construct conceptual data and functional models using modeling tools
- You test the CRM application from a business perspective to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the solution
- You participate in work groups and work sessions with business and technical consultants to explore business improvements and future innovative opportunities
- You are able to work with cross functional groups within information technology projects
- You are directly in contact with the client at all levels throughout the organization to support the identification of business requirements
Your Profile:
- You have a Master Degree in Economics, Engineering or Information Technology
- Preferably one year experience as a business consultant
- CRM knowledge is an asset, concerning sales, marketing and/or customer service processes
- Preferably experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM (other: SAP, Siebel, Selligent or Salesforce.com)
- Potential to grow to the role of Application Architect, Business Architect or Project Manager
- You are proactive and precise and you have good core competences in communication, leveraging and team contribution
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- You have good language skills and you are fluent in Dutch, French and English
