Application Service Delivery Manager
In this position, you will:
- Define, deliver and manage SAP application services to our clients in Belgium
- Manage a team of SAP application services consultants
- Assure integration of near and off shore SAP application teams to the service delivered to our clients
- Help business development teams to extend CSC Application Services client portfolio
- From this position, you will have the opportunity to be in the driver seat of CSC’s growth in the area, extend CSC’s application services practice in Belgium, and be the leader of this practice.
You have:
- Proven and successful experience in managing Third Party Application Services contracts as a service delivery manager
- At least 5 year experience with SAP
- Experience with related methodologies, such as ITIL
- Commercial affinity
- Experience with packaging service offerings
- You are action oriented, results driven and have a take charge attitude
- Strong organizational, project and operational planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills and a professional image
- Pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude with a “can do” attitude in meeting challenges
- Respect, integrity and innovation are part of your core values
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
