Senior Consultant Change Management & Communication

Your Role:

• You will manage all communication related activities within SAP implementation projects at our client’s premises.
• You will prepare all ERP project related communications and will work together with SAP process teams, our client’s process owners and ERP Program Management.
• You lead, motivate and develop action plans to motivate all SAP users.
• Areas of focus include changes to business processes, systems and organisational structure. The primary focus will be communication based upon input from process and transition teams.
• You will conduct readiness assessments

Your Profile:

• You have a successful track record as a change or communication manager and you have experience within SAP implementation programs.
• 10 years of experience applying change and communication management principles.
• You have a solid understanding of how people go through a SAP change.
• You have a thorough business understanding and you are business oriented while handling communication related issues.
• You possess excellent management skills, leadership and maturity.
• You are proactive and a team player with strong communication skills
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
