Sharing Ideas
CSC employees work on a wide variety of projects for different clients in different industries and different locations, not just around Belgium, but also abroad, and they are usually located at a client site. Sharing ideas and experiences is an important way of introducing each other to new concepts and CSC regularly brings people together to network, exchange ideas, chat, and catch up.

Knowledge sharing sessions (KSSs) are workshops organized around specific topics, from technical matters to soft skills, project management, methodologies, and more. These sessions offer an opportunity to share expertise and transfer knowledge. Employees are able to organize a KSS around any topic they would like to be better informed about. |
CSC actively encourages communities focused on different topics. Communities are interactive networks of employees across the company who collaborate, share knowledge, and grow their capabilities. There are even sports communities who come together to share their enthusiasm for their chosen discipline. |
The annual Kick-Offs launch the new fiscal year and bring all CSC employees in Belgium together to recap on performance and introduce the company’s strategy going forward. Like the New Year’s party and other social events held throughout the year, people have a chance to chat, have a drink and mingle, as well as talking business. |
