Recruitment Process for Young Professionals
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We try to make the recruitment process as easy and efficient as possible, with the whole process taking about two to three weeks.
Reply to an online job posting or make a spontaneous application by simply sending in your name, phone number, email address and reason for applying.
We compare your profile to open opportunities and the competencies we’re looking for and let you know whether you’re a match. Whether you are a match or not, you will ALWAYS receive an answer.
If you have the profile we’re looking for, we will invite you to come and talk to us as soon as possible. You will meet a senior consultant or manager and have an interview with human resources (HR). It’ll take just 2 hours. If all goes well, you’ll be invited to meet the hiring manager as soon as possible.
A successful meeting with the hiring manager means you will immediately receive an offer.
