CSC recognises employees who have delivered excellence to a client or demonstrated achievement in teamwork, leadership or individually.

Service Awards

We recognise employees who have reached a service milestone with a certificate of service and a gift.

Staff Referral Scheme — Finder’s Fee

We offer a financial incentive to employees who refer external candidates that are hired for specific vacancies. Payment is made after a referred individual has been employed for 3 months and is subject to various conditions.
