Our remuneration philosophy is to ensure that all employees are paid equitably in line with the market.

In determining your salary, we consider your performance level, experience and skill set.

We review remuneration packages annually.

Our Total Cost of Employment approach to remuneration gives you the flexibility to structure your package for your own needs:

• Salary continuance (income protection). By electing the CSC Superannuation Fund, you have access to income protection insurance to provide financial support during any prolonged absence from work as a result of illness or injury.
• Additional contribution to superannuation. You can increase your retirement savings with salary sacrificing contributions to the CSC Super Plan.
• Novated car leases. You can enter into a novated car lease arrangement with our approved suppliers on a salary sacrifice basis.
