Application process - Young Professionals Programme
1st Step: Submit your application online
Do some research about our business and submit your application online with your cover letter, resume, current academic transcript and evidence of your right to work in Australia/New Zealand. Please include either a copy of your citizenship documents, birth certificate together with photo ID, or a copy of your passport.
Advice: Be sure to check grammar and spelling at all times, express your personality, areas of interest and extra curricula activities in your cover letter.
2nd Step: Complete an online assessment
If you’ve successfully provided key criteria you’ll progress to the online assessment. We’ll email you outlining the steps to complete the online assessment usually within 48 hours.
3rd Step: Interview
We have high expectations and first impressions last! If you’ve “wowed” us with your online assessment results, we’ll invite you to either a phone or face to face interview. Only the best and brightest will progress to our assessment centres.
4th Step: Assessment Centre
This is where the fun starts! You’ll be personally invited to attend our assessment centres. It’s a full day where you’ll have access to some of our executives and senior business unit leaders. You’ll participate in a group case study and interviews with our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the CSC team.

5th Step: Offering you a role
If you’re successful at our assessment centre, we’ll call you directly to give you the exciting news of an offer (approximately 48 hours after the assessment centre).
