CSC in Belgium Appoints Alexander Herbots as New Bid Operations Manager

Brussels, 21 September 2011 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) has just announced Alexander Herbots as CSC in Belgium’s Bid Operations Manager. This role is a newly created function to support CSC in the increasing number of business opportunities across all sectors of business.

Prior to joining CSC, Alexander held different positions in delivery, business development and sales operations at EDS/HP. Previously, Alexander was the director of business development at Steria Benelux. At CSC, he will be responsible for steering CSC's bid process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value propositions.

Alexander says: "During my first encounter with CSC, it was the coherent company strategy combined with the professional, yet human corporate culture that really drew me into this new adventure. I am very much looking forward to taking on the challenge ahead and joining the strong existing CSC team."

Alexander Herbots (36) holds a master’s degree in communication sciences and bachelor degrees in political sciences and philosophy.
