CSC Awarded Again with Top Employer Status
For the third consecutive year, CSC has received the label of “Top Employers” in the contest organized by CRF in association with the Belgian HR magazine Jobat and HayGroup.
For over 18 years CRF has been collecting and publishing reliable data on potential employers based on objective research. It is CRF’s mission to impartially identify companies that are excellent employers and top performers in terms of HR, Strategy and Leadership.
Based on independent research, CRF assesses which companies stand out from the rest on five criteria that affect employees’ choice of career. CSC received the following scores (5 is the highest score):
- Primary Employment Conditions: 4.5
- Secondary Employment Conditions: 4.5
- Education and Training: 5
- Career Opportunities: 5
- Company Culture: 5
Only those companies that meet the very strict selection criteria are allowed to call themselves a “Top Employer” for a whole year. They can use this exclusive registered quality label to promote themselves on the labor market.
