Your Role

• Understands how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organization.
  
• Analyzes and documents clients' business requirements and processes, constructs conceptual data and process models and is able to use modeling tools.
  
• Tests business applications from a business perspective to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the design. Provides business process and re-engineering expertise/support to clients.
  
• Facilitates workshops with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions. Participates in work groups and work sessions with business and technical consultants to explore business process improvement and re-engineering opportunities.

Key accountabilities and responsabilities

• Technology: Understands user issues and translates them into requirements for the technology group and, conversely, translates technology issues into a format understandable to non-technical personnel. Assists with performance and integration tests of business applications to ensure user requirements have been incorporated and client expectations have been satisfied.
  
• People: Works with cross functional groups to coordinate information technology projects, serves as business and process resource, supports facilitation and training services to designated populations.
  
• Customer: Works directly with clients at all levels throughout the organization to help identify and clarify business requirements. Plans and conducts requirements workshops, engages clients in interviews, captures and produces the proposed statement of work.
  
• Business: Generates conceptual business model view documentation and assists in defining meaningful data entity definitions. Develops standards, templates, procedures to aid in the development of work products.
  
• Financial: Prepares time and cost estimates for based on guidance from technical consultants for systems development and implementation.

Profile

Facing the important demand for our services, we are urgently looking for highly qualified professionals:

• With a Master Degree and at least 4 years experience and the potential to grow to the role of Technical Architect, Application Architect or Project Manager.
  
• Knowledge of UML is an asset.
  
• You are proactive and have good core competences in communication, leveraging and team contribution.
  
• You have good language skills and are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
