CSC AND SOBACO BANKING SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE ALLIANCE

Aldershot, July 24, 2006 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC), a leading global information technology (IT) services firm, and Sobaco Banking Solutions, a Switzerland-based, international provider of software solutions to private banks, announced today that they have entered into a global alliance.

Under the terms of the alliance, which will run for a minimum five-year period, CSC will provide project management and software integration and implementation services to Sobaco clients. With these services, Sobaco clients will be able to more easily use Sobaco's ebanking administration platform at any location globally. The alliance will also help Sobaco broaden its reach beyond its traditional Swiss client base.
