The EarlyResolution® Borrower Portal extends the industry-proven EarlyResolution Collections and Loss Mitigation applications directly to the borrower’s Web browser, even on smartphones and tablet devices. Available through the servicer’s website or as a standalone portal over the Internet through a secure login, the EarlyResolution Borrower Portal captures borrower contact information, reason for default and financial information. A workout selection engine can automatically search the servicer’s loan portfolio compliance requirements and present the borrower with unique and qualified workout options. The borrower can upload the required documents directly to the servicer’s document management system.

The Borrower Portal is a powerful way to connect with borrowers, capture important information about the default situation, and generate workouts, all while adhering to mortgage servicer compliance rules. Because borrowers are able to use the system at their own pace, information gathered is more timely and accurate. Borrowers can qualify for several servicer-defined workout options or be directed to a specific contact for follow-up activities. EarlyResolution helps manage the entire collections/loss mitigation pipeline, meet compliance obligations, and track complaint processes and single point of contact (SPOC) assignments.
