RPS controls the workflow of the image-based transactions through the steps required for complete processing. Parameter-driven application software enables the user to define requirements for processing each type of payment. RPS prepares output files of payment transactions for posting on internal accounting systems. It also archives payment transactions and related reports. Armed with Web-based access to the archive, customer service agents can resolve customer inquiries more quickly.
