• Continued investments in current and new technical infrastructure using IBM’s newest tools and technologies such as zSeries server, z/OS, Sysplex, DB2, Transactional VSAM, Tivoli Access Manager, and TotalStorage to improve processing efficiencies and reduce support costs
• Teaming with IBM for performance and scalability benchmarks including Hogan port to DB2 and the CAMS II card scalability test
• Development of Hogan Systems Integrator, which exposes core system functionality to multiple delivery channels
• Development of the Hogan Systems Navigator, a breakthrough desktop application providing unprecedented access to Hogan Systems data through browser functions, saving significant programming time for Hogan System users
